After concluding a full US tour alongside Norway’s very own Aurora, Tor Miller is spilling further onto the music scene. Following the success of his previous single Baby Blue, Miller has sailed into UK hearts bringing his passionate sounds and recognisable vocals across the sea.

 

Miller is treating us once again, with the unveiling of a brand new music video for his latest single Surrender, which is the first track from his debut album American English, available September 30th.

 

Surrender blends a punchy beat and delicate vocals beautifully leading to the flourishing chorus. The track itself isn’t lyrically complex but Miller carries every word with compassion and determination.  If you’re like me and love a memorable tone and stunning vocals, then look no further than Tor Miller.

 

Speaking of Surrender Tor said, “In a musical environment where most of the songs are minimally arranged and pristine, I wanted Surrender to sound expansive and brash. The production is unapologetically cacophonous, and that’s what I love about it. With every listen I can’t help but think back to working in the studio for weeks overdubbing whatever we could think of to make the song sound even bigger."
