Recipe: Chinese Style Sea Bass

The perfect tasty and healthy meal for a hot summers day. Plus it only takes 15 minutes to prepare!
Ingredients:
(Amounts will depend on how many you're cooking for)

Seabass fillet

Pak Choi or Chinese cabbage

Medium egg noodles

Chinese five spice
-
Ginger
-
Garlic
-
Soy sauce
-
Sweet chilli sauce
Step 1: Coat your fish with the ginger, five spice, soy sauce, sweet chilli and garlic. If you have time, marinate overnight for a richer flabour. Then wrap the fish in foil and bake in the oven for around 15 minutes.
Step 2: While the fish is cooking steam your pak choi for roughly 5 minutes and boil your noodles for the same amount of time. Plate the noodles up with the pak choi on top and lay the fish on the noodley, cabage bed. Add more soy to taste and you’re done!
