19-year-old DIY artist, Sophie Allison, AKA Soccer Mommy, has just released a video for her hauntingly captivating new single, 'Inside Out' and we really like it.

When speaking about her latest release, Allison said how she "wanted the 'Inside Out' video to have a darker feeling than our last... I wrote about feeling helpless about the future and the outcome of a relationship. It reflects a feeling of wanting to have a power over someone, but knowing that you actually have none. The video shows that loneliness in some moments, but - with the monster masks - also reflects a darker side, because those feelings bring out a person’s demons.".

Soccer Mommy has managed to build a dedicated fan base over the last couple of years after recording and releasing her own songs for all to enjoy on Bandcamp. If you're a fan, then rejoice! The debut Soccer Mommy mini-album will be released August 4th with Fat Possum records. Huzzah.
