If you’re a peanut butter lover like me then no doubt you’ll be partial to a Reese’s peanut butter cup. But with this recipe you can have 12 for the price of a few packets! Super easy to make as long as you can wait for them to set before tucking in!

Ingredients:

260g smooth peanut butter

325g milk, dark or white chocolate of your choice, chopped

60g icing sugar

12 paper cupcake cases cut in half

Step 1. Melt half of the chocolate in a bowl on the hob over a pan of simmering water. Pour into your halved cupcake cases, filling them halfway and covering their sides. Chill in the fridge until set.

Step 2. Next, in  a bowl, combine the icing sugar and peanut butter and then divide into the cases on top of your set chocolate. Melt the rest of the chocolate and spoon over the top of the cases to create a lid. Chill in the fridge for around an hour and consume! Yum!
