So we’re deep in to Autumn and edging ever closer to Winter. So there isn’t much to be that jolly about is there? Well actually, there is. On a recent discovery, I found the fantastic sound of Shannon & The Clams. How hadn’t I listened to their oh so stringy 60s ballads before now I'll never know. They’re awesome. If you’re in to your late 50s/60s tunes (and good music in general) then this should be right up your street.

 

Made up of Shannon Shaw (Vocals & Bass), Cody Blanchard (Vocals & Guitarist) and Nate Mayhem (Drummer & Keys), the band really know how to put on a show, which is good news as they're playing some UK dates on their tour this week (dates below).

 

They recently released their 4th album ‘Gone By The Dawn’ on September 11th. The band also released a new video for ‘It’s Too Late’ which premiered on the NME site, you can watch this below.
